Return policies apply within 14 days of receipt of the customer’s order.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, the customer has 14 days to make a return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products (personalized products, perishable goods, etc.), provided that your product falls within the exceptions of the Consumer Code and that you indicate this on the product sheet.

If the customer wishes to return a product, he/she will contact you directly to give him/her instructions on how to return the product.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once you have received proof of shipment of the Product (photo of the parcel before closing + proof of deposit of the parcel stamped by the Post Office or the carrier with the parcel number). You must go to the “My orders” section in your store, select the product you wish to refund and then click on the “Refund” option.Please note that the ASC Trainer platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for returns of products sold on its application.After this 14-day period, returns are no longer accepted.
