Once your products have been created and published on the platform, your customers can consult the list of products classified by type of activity (Private Training, Group Courses, Sports Programs and Online Shop products) directly on your profile.

For private training

When customers visit your profile and wish to book a private training session, they can access the “Private Training” section.
Here they’ll find a list of all the private training products you offer.
By selecting a private training product, such as “HIIT 1h”, the customer can then choose a time slot from the availabilities you’ve indicated.
Once the time slot has been selected, the customer proceeds to payment, and the session is automatically added to your calendar.
You’ll also receive a notification to let you know.

For a group lesson

When customers visit your profile and wish to register for one of your group classes, they can access the “Group classes” section.
Here they’ll find a complete list of all the group classes you offer.
By clicking on one of the group classes, they can consult a detailed description of the group class and register, provided the required number of participants has not been reached.
The customer can then make the payment, and you’ll receive a notification to inform you of their registration.

For a general sports program

When customers visit your profile and wish to subscribe to one of your sports programs, they can access the “Sports programs” section.
Here they’ll find a complete list of all the general sports programs you offer.
The customer then selects the program he or she is interested in, and proceeds with payment to gain access to the sports program.
Once payment has been completed, you receive notification of the purchase, and the sports program purchased by your customer is automatically sent to them.

For a personalized sports program

When the customer visits your profile and wishes to subscribe to one of your personalized sports programs, they can access the “Sports programs” section.
There, they’ll discover a complete list of all the personalized sports programs you offer.
The customer then selects the program he or she is interested in, pays for it and agrees to an appointment according to the availability you have set.
You’ll receive an appointment notification.
